“A very honest, well informed sales team who answered every question with patience and first class knowledge. I revisited a number of times to clarrify my understanding and to be sure of every detail, especially as I was ordering to a 'cut size'. There were also occasions when i messaged late afternoon re cut sizes to allow for finials; retuned answers shortly afterwards. The company obviously puts a great deal on customer care. Outstanding company from my experience. One work in progress- yes the middle finial I have modified ?”

“Arrived swiftly at a difficult house to find and DHL driver couldn’t do more, called before hand as I had asked, and called to check when they couldn’t find it. . Great job. They do like to have instructions if leaving unattended. Item is excellent t quality and was easy to install. Expensive ish (for aluminium curtain rail) but worth it.”

We are a little disappointed that you chose to raise this for the first time in a review rather than contacting us directly. Had you sent us a quick email, ideally with a photograph of the brackets, we would have been more than happy to look into this and provide fitting advice or investigate whether there was an issue with the components supplied. We genuinely encourage customers to contact us if something doesn't appear right during installation. It gives us the opportunity to understand the problem and, more importantly, help resolve it before unnecessary additional DIY work is carried out.
