There were also occasions when i messaged late afternoon re cut sizes to allow for finials; retuned answers shortly afterwards. The company obviously puts a great deal on customer care. “Package arrived on time but little disappointed as we were in the house the whole day but the delivery was pushed over the side garden door without and card or acknowledgement and we only found that the goods were in the garden late in the evening as didn't know what happened with the delivery so thought let me check if there are any delivery's let there! So not happy with delivery situation but product wise no issues or complaint apart from delivery perspective 🤔”
