“A very honest, well informed sales team who answered every question with patience and first class knowledge. I revisited a number of times to clarrify my understanding and to be sure of every detail, especially as I was ordering to a 'cut size'. There were also occasions when i messaged late afternoon re cut sizes to allow for finials; retuned answers shortly afterwards. The company obviously puts a great deal on customer care. Outstanding company from my experience. One work in progress- yes the middle finial I have modified ?”

“Ordered set of poles ahead of new window fitting to avoid having no curtains on street facing bedroom. Last minute delay in fitting, took the time we could see if suitable beyond 14 day returns period. Then found what we thought was a promotion was "End of Line" sale, so refused any return, even with penalty fees. Time consuming and clunky interaction - slow, as by emails only. If specified no return, would not have ordered. No phone number for any customer service either when ordering or to discuss. Will not use this company again.”

Hi Jill, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with the outcome of your return request, but we would like to clarify some important points for anyone reading this review. The order was purchased in advance of your new windows being installed. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any potential suitability issue until after the stated return notification period had already passed. We completely understand that your window installation was subsequently delayed, but this was outside of our involvement and did not extend the return period for the products purchased from us. When you eventually contacted us, we responded promptly and tried to help establish whether the products you had purchased could still be used with your new windows. We were happy to look at the installation and bracket requirements with you rather than simply leaving you with products you could not use. Unfortunately, this option was not pursued. The products purchased were also from a discontinued/end-of-line range. Once remaining stock from these ranges has sold, we cannot necessarily accept products back into inventory outside the applicable return period. We would also like to clarify the comment regarding slow communication. Our customer service is provided primarily through email rather than telephone, which is clearly stated on our website. This allows us to keep an accurate written record of orders, measurements, product advice and returns. Although email may not be everyone's preferred method of communication, your enquiries were responded to promptly. We appreciate that you purchased the poles early because you wanted to be prepared for your new window installation. However, when products are purchased considerably in advance of fitting, we would always recommend checking them and confirming their suitability within the return period rather than waiting until the installation takes place. We are sorry that we could not agree to the return, but we did respond to your concerns and offered assistance to see whether the products could still be made suitable for your installation.

“Arrived swiftly at a difficult house to find and DHL driver couldn’t do more, called before hand as I had asked, and called to check when they couldn’t find it. . Great job. They do like to have instructions if leaving unattended. Item is excellent t quality and was easy to install. Expensive ish (for aluminium curtain rail) but worth it.”
