“I ordered a satin chrome pole to match with an existing rail in my hallway. This product was a much heavier, better quality item with great, adjustable mounting brackets. I also like the nylon lined runners/rings which run smoothly over the rail.”

“The poles are absolutely beautiful and really good quality. I received a text to say they had been dispatched, the following day an email asking for a review of the poles. They hadn't even arrived. 2 days later turns out had been delivered to a neighbour as we were out and no card put through our letter box to let us know. They said the delivery driver was rude and just wanted to leave them with someone. So all in all the poles highly recommend, the delivery service needs to be looked at.”

“Realy disapointed, considering the price the poll is not very secure it drops at the joints when you open and close the curtains, and the rings jump off the poll when opening and close all in all very disapointed”
