“A very honest, well informed sales team who answered every question with patience and first class knowledge. I revisited a number of times to clarrify my understanding and to be sure of every detail, especially as I was ordering to a 'cut size'. There were also occasions when i messaged late afternoon re cut sizes to allow for finials; retuned answers shortly afterwards. The company obviously puts a great deal on customer care. Outstanding company from my experience. One work in progress- yes the middle finial I have modified ?”

“The pole looks fabulous and the delivery was incredibly quick; unfortunately, the rings really struggle to glide when opening or closing the curtains, making it very tricky to do so.”

“Prompt service and good quality poke. My only comment is that the colour is paler than our other light oak poles (from another supplier). Maybe they will darken with age.”

“The pole was lovely. The delivery terrible , I asked them to leave in a secure place , when I got home the whole fittings were out of the box and part of one of the poles , I took photos in case of any damage .”

Thank you for your review, and we’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the pole itself. We are, however, very sorry to hear about the condition in which the courier left your parcel. This is certainly not how we would expect an order to be delivered. We are a little disappointed that we first became aware of this through your review, particularly as you mention that you took photographs of the packaging and contents when you arrived home. Had these photographs been emailed to us, we would have been more than happy to investigate the delivery with the courier and assist with any damaged or missing components. Unfortunately, if we are not made aware of a delivery problem, we have no opportunity to investigate or put things right for you. We would still welcome you to contact us with your order number and photographs so that we can look into what happened with the delivery. “I ordered a frosted trumpet ended pole and got sent one without the frost on it was quite disappointing as that was the one I originally wanted and didn't have time to send it back”

“The store had a good range of poles and track. It was easy to find what I wanted and to find product details on the web-site. Delivery was quite quick. The packaging was extremely good giving good protection for the fragile curtain tracks.”
