“The colour look pale, the pole surface shows no wood grain although it is wood. The coating on it makes it look cheap, first impression as if it carton gloss. Rings and the rest of the set show good grain. But rough on some ring. Not value for money - the coating on the pole spoils it all!”

Upon reviewing your order, we see that you purchased an entry-level pole set. These pole sets are not uniform throughout, and the wood can vary in shade and finish. For a more consistent and uniform pole color, we recommend our higher-end pole sets, such as the Laura Ashley Mitchel or Eden Natural Ash. We hope this information helps.
