“Happy with the purchase of the curtain poles, after inspecting all the items and found all intact and complete. The delivery was early but being out they were left leaning against the front of the house therefore I never signed for the curtain poles. They were well packaged just glad it was a dry day, otherwise a good service by Curtain Pole Store.”

“Pole was reasonable quality but not worth the price point. I requested 340 cm and it arrived cut in 2 portions. These were really difficult to joint together and mount without a noticeable join. I was expecting a single pole.”

Hi Kate, We have found this review rather disappointing considering the product description gives you all the information you require before purchasing a pole set. The information provided enables customers to make an educated decision on whether the pole is right for their purpose. Kind regards, Sales team

“Recently bought a Speedy curtain pole for bay window. It’s utterly useless. Spent three hours trying to install it and it’s not fit for purpose - is going in the bin. Requested refund and received a very unhelpful response claiming it had been fitted incorrectly. Would not recommend buying from this site.”

Hi Lucy, Thank you for your review. Sadly it was easily determined by your image that the pole set had been incorrectly installed. Your order was for the eyelet bay kit from the Speedy range. The image you supplied showed us that you had not bent the pole correctly in the serrated area and the join was also not in the centre. This unfortunately lead to the pole not being straight. We strongly advise using the fitting guide when installing all of our pole kits. As not following them will lead to the pole being unstable and not fittted correctly :( With warm regards, Sales team
