“The service and delivery was quick and efficient. The colour and quality of the pole was not really as described. It was supposed to be aged oak however it was the strangest oak colour I have ever seen. Despite aged oak being on every part of the packaging it was bright orange and very plastic looking!! Being a Swish pole, and the length of time they have been in business, I would have expected someone would know what aged oak looks like and . I had to sand and stain it as i needed it quickly.”

“Excellent service! I ordered it one day and it arrived the next. Faster than Amazon! The pole itself is of good quality and has elevated the look of my curtains to the next level. I thought I needed more rings so ordered them but discovered they were not necessary so cancelled the order 24 hours later. I noticed on the website it said to cancel within 20 minutes but I still received a full refund. Can't be faulted.”

“After a refurb of my house I needed to buy quite a few curtain poles, matching in styles but in different colours. I found Curtain Pole store online and they had everything I needed, including some additional items, at a very competitive price. I ordered them and the goods were delivered quickly and arrived undamaged. I mention this because I've had bad experiences with a number of couriers. I was out when the courier arrived, but rather than just leaving the package on my doorstep, he rang me and asked for instructions. Good experience all round and I would recommend this company.”
