“I was worried about ordering the extra wide curtain pole I needed online in case it either wasn't a good match for the colour I wanted, or in case it wasn't the precise size I needed at almost 5m wide. I didn't want to buy something and be left having to cut it myself in case I damaged it. I needn't have concerned myself. The pole was cut to the exact size I requested including a joining piece to put the two lengths together. It was prepared and the order dispatched within 24 hours, and arrived promptly by courier in very good packaging, meaning the chrome had no scratches or scuffs—just perfect. Now that I've got the pole up and the curtains hung my room looks fantastic, I am so happy with the service. I am moving on to renovating the next floor up in a few weeks time so will be repeating my order for the oversize window upstairs. Highly recommend.”

“Amazingly protective and well thought out packaging, with next-day delivery. The colour sample option is a very good idea and was promptly met. The pole was slightly darker than the other components but as it is mostly obscured by the curtains that was no big deal. Every necessary item for fitting was present and correct, and the job went like clockwork. I chose to not use the supplied finials as I wished to match the ones on the existing curtain poles but that is no reflection on Curtain Pole Store. You can buy with confidence.”

“Needed a long pole and it came in to parts I found the screw to fixing the two together not adequate for the weight of the curtains which are not that heavy even with the central bracket it wasn’t really secure so not used .but no problem with ordering and delivery of pole .”

We would advise checking the weight of your curtain as the pole set purchased will hold a max weight of 11kg. Also, the screws supplied in the kit may not be long enough for your plastered wall.
