“The process of ordering and delivery was very good, however the delivery company did not seek to check there was no damage to the packaging when delivering the package. I was disappointed with the finish of the Rolls curtain poles, not least because there was a double ended screw missing in both packets. The paint finish on th filials was poor and there were obviously chips in the surface which were just painted over. No quality control at production.p”

“The item was lost by the courier and they curtain pole store replaced it quite quickly and the second there wefre some damaged parts (probably the courier again). The parts were replaced in 2 days. They did respond very quickly.”

“There was a manufacturing fault on our delivered rail. Contacted Curtain pole store , sent pictures. Replacement arrived a few days later. They even phoned me a few days later to make sure everything was OK. Excellent customer service.”
