Dear Mandy, A delivery was attempted by the courier on the 9th of August and your order was placed with us over the weekend. You must not have been at home during this delivery attempt hence why you had no order. However, the courier should have delivered the following day if you had rescheduled this. From what we can see, you have already emailed in regarding this issue and we have worked hard to resolve this for you. We were only notified of your non-delivery a week after it had been dispatched. Had we known earlier we could have resolved this sooner and avoided you from writing this review. We are sorry that your order was not received but the courier did try to deliver and we have managed to get the order to you. Kind regards, Sales team

“Ordering was very easy - good choice of poles and reasonable price. Order was processed very quickly. However, courier let you down. 2 hours after the latest time stated - no apologies or updates.”

“Good range of products. Delivery was fairly quick and wrapped well for protection. One glass finial was slightly damaged - shards within the bubble wrap, so must have happened prior to transit. It's now hidden at the back of the installed pole.”

“We had made a previous purchase of the Neo Oak Stud Spun Brass Wooden Eyelet Poles from Curtain Pole Store and were delighted….so much so, we placed a second order for a further three poles. As part of this second phase of the decoration work, we had a visit from the company making our new curtains. The fitter immediately noted the Neo Oak poles and informed us that he routinely suggested and used these for about nine out of every ten fittings – that was further confirmation of the quality of the product. The brass finials are modern, attractive, and elegant. The other positive feature of purchasing from Curtain Pole Store which we experienced was the excellent customer-focus approach by the staff. They were genuinely interested in the customer, were able and very willing to offer advice and to keep the customer aware of the delivery of the order. It was a joy to deal with the staff and the whole “package” is second to none. I would unreservedly recommend Custom Pole Store to all potential purchasers.”
